Bread bin with a cutting-board lid
A soft-black painted bread bin, 420 x 260mm, whose lid is a 22mm maple bread board on brass lift-off hinges, with two cleats underneath that locate it inside the walls. Lift the lid off, turn it over onto its cleats and it is the board you slice on, right beside the loaf - one piece on the counter doing the job of two, and the crumbs brush straight back into the bin.
Passes Crava's checks for fit, strength and stability. Change any size, the wood or the finish in the app, and it is checked again.
