Bread board with a lift-out crumb grate
A 480 x 300mm bread board in two parts: a shallow walnut tray with a floating bottom, and a lift-out grate of nine maple slats on two battens that drops over locating pins inside it. Every crumb from a crusty loaf falls between the slats instead of across the table; lift the grate off and tip the tray over the bin, and the tray alone doubles as a serving tray.
Passes Crava's checks for fit, strength and stability. Change any size, the wood or the finish in the app, and it is checked again.
