Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SpaceVox LLC ("we", "us"), 17583 Harpers Way, Conroe, Texas 77385, United States, about your use of Crava - the website at crava.me and the Crava apps. By using Crava you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Crava.
1. What Crava is - and is not
Crava designs furniture and other things for you to build yourself, from what you describe or show it, and checks each design against rules for size, fit, strength and stability before giving you plans, a cut list and build steps.
You build at your own risk. Crava's designs are generated by software, including artificial intelligence, and its checks are calculations, not an inspection. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they cannot see your materials, your tools, your wall or your skill.
- Check every measurement and instruction before you cut, and stop if something does not look right.
- Fix tall or heavy pieces to the wall as the plans say. Furniture that tips over can seriously injure people, especially children.
- Use tools safely, with the guards and protective equipment they need.
- Any wiring into mains electricity must be done by a qualified electrician. Follow your local building and electrical codes.
- Do not rely on a Crava design for anything where failure could cause injury - structures people stand or climb on beyond ordinary furniture, load-bearing building work, or anything for professional or commercial production - without a qualified professional checking it.
The plans link to stores that sell what a design needs. Some links earn Crava a small commission, at no cost to you; as an Amazon Associate, Crava earns from qualifying purchases. What you buy is between you and the store - its price, stock, delivery and returns are the store's - so check that a product suits your build, and its size and rating against the plans, before you buy it.
2. Your account
You need an account to design with Crava. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU and UK) to use Crava. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your allowance
Designing uses AI, so each account has a monthly allowance, shown in your account menu. When it is used, designing pauses until it renews - or you can move to Crava Plus for a larger one (section 4). We may change allowances, and will tell you before a change that reduces yours.
4. Crava Plus
Crava is free, with every feature. Crava Plus raises your monthly AI allowance - to about US$5 of AI a month, against about US$1 on the free plan - for US$7.99 a month or US$59 a year, plus any tax where you live. Plus changes nothing else.
- It renews automatically. Plus is a subscription: it renews at the end of each month or year and is charged to your payment method until you cancel. If the price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Cancel anytime from your account menu, under "Manage subscription". Plus stays until the end of the period you have paid for; then your account goes back to the free plan, and your designs stay.
- No refunds for part of a period, unless the law where you live requires one.
- The allowance is generous, not unlimited. It starts again on the 1st of each month, and what is unused does not carry over.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Crava never sees your card number. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days; if it still fails, Plus ends.
- Deleting your Crava account cancels Plus straight away.
5. Your designs
What you describe, the photos you share, and the designs made for you are yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them to you, and to send them to the services that run Crava (see our Privacy Policy), only to provide Crava to you. Please only share photos you have the right to share.
Crava's own software, the featured designs and templates, the look of Crava and its name belong to us. You may build anything from a design Crava gives you, including to sell, but you may not copy Crava itself or resell its plans as a collection.
6. Using Crava fairly
Do not misuse Crava: no attempts to break into it or its accounts, to overload it, to get around the allowance, to extract its data or software at scale, or to use it for anything unlawful or harmful.
7. Changes and availability
Crava is new and changing. We may add, change or remove features, and Crava may sometimes be unavailable. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; you may stop using Crava and delete your account at any time.
8. No warranty
Crava is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or that a design will be fit for your purpose.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for injury, damage or loss arising from building or using anything made from a Crava design; and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are for the courts there - except that if you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings at home, you keep it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in Crava or by email before it takes effect; using Crava after that means you accept the new terms.
